LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
How Care Reserve stays on the right side of regulation.
Care Reserve is a coordination layer. Every regulated activity is performed by licensed partners under the rules that apply in each jurisdiction.

India regulatory framework
P2P / Care Credit: Any peer-to-peer lending activity is enabled exclusively through partners holding an RBI Certificate of Registration as an NBFC-P2P under the Master Directions for NBFC-P2P Lending Platforms. All borrower KYC, lender onboarding, suitability assessment, escrow, disbursal, repayment and recovery happens at the regulated partner.
Insurance: Insurance distribution is performed only by IRDAI-licensed insurers, brokers, corporate agents, web aggregators or registered insurance intermediaries. Rare Earth Care acts only as a referral channel where permissible.
Deposits & savings: Care Savings is a planning tool. Money movement happens through the user's own regulated bank or payment partner — Rare Earth Care never holds client funds.
Family Pool: Family Pool is a private contribution coordination tool restricted to family members and known individuals. It is not a chit fund (not regulated under Chit Funds Act, 1982), not a collective investment scheme, not a deposit scheme, and not open to the public.
Europe regulatory framework
Lending-based crowdfunding: Enabled only through partners authorised under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 — the European Crowdfunding Service Providers Regulation (ECSPR).
Insurance distribution: Performed only by intermediaries registered under the Insurance Distribution Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/97 — IDD) and applicable Member State rules.
Payment services: Money movement is handled by PSD2-licensed payment institutions, EMIs, or credit institutions — never by Rare Earth Care.
Crypto & MiCA: Care Reserve does not offer crypto-asset services and is not a CASP under MiCA (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114).
GDPR: Personal data is processed under GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.
Borrower warning
Care financing is a financial obligation. Borrow only what you can repay. Approval, pricing, interest rate, fees, repayment schedule, and recovery procedures are determined by the regulated partner — not by Rare Earth Care. Default may impact your credit record under applicable law.
Lender warning
P2P lending and lending-based crowdfunding involve risk including risk of loss of principal and interest. Returns are not guaranteed by Rare Earth Care or by any partner. Diversification reduces but does not eliminate risk. Read all risk disclosures provided by the regulated partner before participating.
