Client & care partner responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate family details and to treat care partners with respect. Care partners agree to honour the agreed scope, schedule and code of conduct.
Medical, emergency, childcare, pet & transport disclaimers
Rare Earth Care does not replace licensed doctors, hospitals, midwives, lactation consultants or emergency authorities. Clinical diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment must be handled by qualified medical professionals. Childcare, pet care and transport engagements follow the safety protocols described on the relevant service pages.
Payment, cancellation, refunds & no-show
Plans, cancellation windows and refund eligibility are confirmed at the time of booking. No-show rules apply equally to clients and care partners.
Incident reporting & liability
Incidents must be reported promptly. Rare Earth Care's liability is limited to its role as a coordination platform.
Data use & account suspension
