Family profile data, care recipient details, child-related information, patient-related information, pet data, uploaded documents, email and phone, location, service history and (where enabled) payment information.
How data is used
To match the right care partner, coordinate services, communicate updates, maintain care continuity and improve safety. Data is never sold.
Who can access data
Authorized Rare Earth Care administrators, the assigned care partner (only the data needed for the engagement) and you. Access is logged.
Data security
Encrypted storage, access controls, identity verification for partners, document handling and audit logs.
Data retention & deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to grow@apxkap.com.
India & Europe context
For families in Europe, we follow GDPR principles including lawful basis, consent, data minimization, the right to access, the right to be forgotten and breach notification. For families in India, we follow equivalent privacy and data protection standards.
Consent
By submitting a care request you consent to Rare Earth Care contacting you about that request and storing the information necessary to fulfil it.
