HOW IT WORKS · INDIA | EUROPE
From care request to confirmed support, every step is designed to be clear.
Rare Earth Care helps families move from uncertainty to organized action through a structured request, review, matching, confirmation and feedback process — handled by real people.
The nine steps
What happens between your request and confirmed support.
- 01
Submit your request
Choose service category, location, urgency, schedule and a brief description of the family situation. There is no form maze — just the essentials.
- 02
Choose India or Europe context
We capture whether the request is for India, Europe, or cross-border family coordination — because the matching, language and operational details differ.
- 03
Share care details
Tell us about the senior, the child, the new mother, the patient, the pet, the household, the trip or the emergency. Private notes can be added later.
- 04
Rare Earth Care reviews
A real coordinator — not an algorithm — reviews the risk level, location, category, timing and skill required.
- 05
Matching begins
We identify suitable care partners or vendors based on availability, verification, experience, language, location and service type.
- 06
Quote & scope confirmation
You receive a written scope: who would arrive, what they would do, how long, on what schedule, and at what rate.
- 07
Booking is confirmed
Schedule, partner assignment and household notes are confirmed. You'll know who is coming before they arrive.
- 08
Service begins
The care partner checks in, performs the agreed scope and updates status. The coordinator stays available throughout.
- 09
Feedback & history
Feedback is collected after each engagement and added to your service history — so future bookings build on what already worked.
What to expect
Built for the kind of family you actually are.
First-time families
If you've never used a service like this, we walk you through the choices in plain language.
NRI families
If your parents are in India and you live abroad, we coordinate on both sides — and keep you informed in your timezone.
Expat families
If you've moved to Europe and need trusted support without speaking the local language fluently, we bridge that gap.
Premium households
If you already have staff, we layer in coordination, emergency readiness and overflow support — without disruption.
India operations
Indian engagements are handled by coordinators who know how Indian households work — language preferences, residential society norms, doctor visits, family event support and the rhythm of multi-generational homes. Most care partners are matched within 24–48 hours.
Europe operations
European engagements are coordinated with structured contracts, written scope, working-time clarity and respect for local privacy expectations. Cross-border families receive coordinated updates on both sides — without having to explain the same thing twice.
Ready when your family is.
Submit a request and our coordinators will review it personally.
