SAFETY · VERIFICATION · TRUST
Trust is not a feature. It is the foundation.
When care enters a home — for a parent, a child, a recovering patient, a pet — family trust, privacy, safety and accountability matter more than everything else. This page explains exactly how Rare Earth Care builds that trust.
Our principles
Five non-negotiables.
Verified before assignment
No partner enters a home without identity, references and documents on file.
Privacy-first by design
Family information is shared only with the assigned partner and the coordinator handling your case.
Written scope, every time
Every engagement begins with an agreed scope, schedule and rate — in writing.
Visible accountability
Visit logs, feedback and incident notes are kept on a single record for continuity.
Clear escalation
If something goes wrong, you reach a real coordinator — not a chatbot — and we act immediately.
Verification framework
Every care partner is screened before assignment.
Eleven checkpoints stand between an applicant and a real family engagement.
Identity check
Government ID is reviewed and recorded for every care partner.
Address verification
Current residence is confirmed before assignment.
Reference check
We speak to past employers or families who have worked with the partner.
Experience review
Years of work, types of households and skill specialisations are documented.
Skill category mapping
Each partner is approved only for the categories they are qualified to serve.
Document upload
Certificates, training records and licences are stored securely.
Interview process
A coordinator interviews every partner before they enter the network.
Background declaration
Self-declared history reviewed against references and documents.
Police verification (where applicable)
Required for high-risk categories such as live-in care, child care and patient care.
Agreement & code of conduct
Every partner signs a written code covering privacy, dignity, professionalism and safety.
Ongoing review
Family feedback is reviewed after every engagement; partners can be removed at any time.
India verification context
In India, we capture government ID, address proof, references, language abilities, family-environment sensitivity and emergency contact for every partner. Police verification is enforced for live-in, child, patient and senior care. We also assess familiarity with Indian household conventions — because trust in an Indian home is built through behaviour, not just paperwork.

Europe verification context
In Europe, we focus on identity verification, right-to-work documentation where applicable, references, privacy and data-handling awareness, professional conduct standards and clear language and communication ability — recognising that European households often expect structured, contractual care delivery.

Safety boundaries
Rare Earth Care coordinates care, home support, personal assistance, transport, pet care and emergency access. It does not replace licensed doctors, hospitals, emergency authorities, or legally required medical professionals. Medical treatment, prescriptions, diagnosis, injections and clinical procedures must be handled by qualified professionals where applicable. In a life-threatening emergency, contact local emergency services first; we will support coordination once you are safe.
Care that earns its place in your home.
Tell us what your family needs. We will explain exactly who would arrive, and how.
