Rare Earth Care does not underwrite, issue, advise on or sell insurance policies. We help you organise your care-related risks and route your interest, with your consent, to licensed insurance partners (insurers, brokers, corporate agents, web aggregators or registered intermediaries) authorised in your jurisdiction. All quotes, advice, underwriting, policy issuance, premiums and claims remain solely with the licensed partner.

India · IRDAI
Insurance solicitation, advice and sale in India is regulated by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). Only licensed insurers and registered intermediaries (brokers, corporate agents, web aggregators, IMFs) may distribute insurance. Rare Earth Care acts solely as a referral and discovery layer.
EU · IDD
In the European Union, insurance distribution is governed by the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD, 2016/97) as transposed into national law. Distribution requires registration with the national competent authority. Rare Earth Care does not perform regulated distribution; it routes interest to licensed partners.
Cross-border families
For India ↔ Europe families we coordinate with partners in both jurisdictions separately — a single policy rarely covers both. Each partner contracts and underwrites under their own licence and territory.
